Michael is a licensed California C-20 HVAC contractor and a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, where he earned a degree in Economics.
With more than 15 years in the HVAC industry, Michael has combined field experience with financial and strategic expertise to help transform Rocklin Heating & Air into a scalable, data-driven company built on systems and profitability.
Today, he leads the business consulting division, helping HVAC owners gain control of their numbers, optimize margins, and prepare their companies for sustainable growth or acquisition.
